Final Audio Story

WRITE UP:

I wanted the listener to be taken on a journey with my audio. I kept the audio the same as the draft, because I enjoyed the way it sounded so much, and didn’t feel the need to change anything. I chose a free to remix song to play throughout it to keep the listener on their toes. The song starts loud and fades down as I begin talking. I start by explaining what my website is all about. I wanted to add this before the interview portion so that the listener is aware of what the website is, even before viewing it. The website is a combination of trends from 2010 to 2020. I  explain how important it is to follow these trends if you want to know where fashion is going in the future. After this I start with the interview portion. I ask three questions to myself and to my friend. All three of these questions pertain to my website and better help the listener understand what the website is all about. The questions are “How far has fashion come in the last decade?” “What decades have you seen come back during the 2010s?” and “Do you think fashion is constantly changing, or reusing old trends from the past?”. I asked this to myself, someone very knowledgeable in the subject, and my friend, who is unbiased and not very informed of fashion and current trends. The music continues to play at a very low volume in the background. I did this by putting to use the tools I learned in the tutorials, including making two points, and lowering the blue volume bar to the level you are pleased with. I did not make a formal conclusion clip, because I feel the answer to the last question wraps it all up. I end the story with me saying that “fashion always comes back around”. This is me referring to the fact that fashion is often recycled and it is a main theme in both my website as a whole, and the Audio story.
